Construction: Guangli spray booth are constructed using power-coated galvanized steel sandwich panels with 50mm rock wool insulation, ensuring rust resistance and effective heat isolation.

Air flow: Guangli spray booths utilize a downdraft system, widely regarded as the outstanding airflow type. The entire ceiling is covered by filters, enabling uniform air distribution throughout the booth. This ensures outstanding air filtration and precise contamination control.

Control Box: An electronic control panel is utilized to regulate the booth's airflow, safety interlocks, lighting, and heating while managing painting, flash-off, and curing modes. It also includes numerous programmable alarms, an auto-balancing system, and automatic safety checks for enhanced operation. Our control pannel components are totally make of Schneider, can meet the CE standard requirements.

Doors: Our spray booths' doors are made by metal sheet with edge covered, and glass dimensions are tailored to meet customer needs and demands, to ensure a durable, long-lasting performance.

Lighting: Our spray booths offer exceptional angled ceiling lighting, enabling personnel to move freely around the vehicle with optimal illumination while applying paint. LED lights, explosion-proof lights, and side lights can be installed as needed.
