A semi downdraft type of auto body paint booth has an upper plenum that allows you to add infrared light heating air unit without the need to do major construction work. 

1. Main room & fans

1) Wall panel: Sandwich style. Thickness: 50mm, polystyrene.( Rock wool available as required.)

2) Door: 3 pcs of front door without aluminum side cover. (1pcs of front door with pressure lock, can be used as safe door). One pcs of safe door at side as option, but money added.

3) Exhaust fan: 1 unit of 5.5kw single-sided centrifugal fan.

2. Duct & filter:

1) Exhaust duct: 3m straight ducts, one 90 degree bend, and one 60 degree bend.

2) Filtration: Mounted at the rear wall panel.

3) Roof filter: 2 pcs of filter, mounted above support frame, which is made of steel and powder coated.

3. Lighting & control system:

1) Upper light: 8 sets, 4*40w per set.

2) Control box: Components made in China, overload, overheat, phase-lacking protection, straight driven    motor.

3) Remark: directional movable infrared light as optional.
